Our house will be tightly sealed so we are adding an HRV (heat recovery ventilation) system to pull in fresh air and eliminate humid stale air.
Jim is finishing the retaining wall around the basement windows. Hard work!
The plumbing manifold and furnace are complete.

The cats don't like being hauled back and forth to the farm in the Pet Taxi!
The garage doors are installed. They are insulated and have a thermal break to prevent heat/cold transfer from the outside into the garage.

All of the windows and doors are in. Plumbers are pretty much finished with the rough-in. The furnace is just about finished. The electricians still have a lot to do. We need to start working on the fireplace.
